At Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Albany Church, we believe that there is joy in community. We strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can come together to worship, learn, and grow in their faith. Service Times
Join us for worship every Sunday at 9am and 11am. We also offer a midweek prayer service on Wednesdays at 6pm. Check out our website or social media pages for updates on special events and guest speakers.

With the grace of God, it is our Pastor’s plan to return to worship on next Sunday. Please be sure to here on Sunday, May 18th to welcome Pastor Drake back.
Youth Ministry
All Mother’s please report to the Family Life Center immediately after church to receive your Mother’s Day treat and join them for Tea.
Graduation Recognition
On Sunday, June 8, 2025, the Second Mt. Zion Family will celebrate the success of all of the members who have graduated from High School, college, or the university level during the 2024-25 school year.

Christian Education
The Christian Ed Ministry and the Youth Department Ministry are looking for volunteers (teachers, activity counselors, & chaperones), to assist with VBS 2025. If you're interested in supporting these ministries make VBS 2025 a huge success, please contact Min. Mary Edwards at 229-395-4843 or Sis. Eva Graham at 229-288-8935.
