About Intercessory Prayer Ministry

The Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church Prayer Warriors Ministry has continued with prayers and testimonies each and every Tuesday at 5:30pm. This ministry has been very active for the past 20 years. We have some of the most committed members.

As a result of Covid-19 we carry on our ministry over the phone. We are still being blessed. We not only pray for our church family, we also pray for the sick and the bereaving families whenever names are submitted. There is no distance in prayer. 

Names are submitted for prayer, using prayer cards, the phone and members of the Prayer Warrior Ministry. We pray with Expectation trusting and believing that God will hear and answer our prayers.

Our Ministry Scripture for the year 2021 was (23 Psalms). This Scripture was submitted by the late Mother Rovilla Wilson, and was adopted.
